| Our personal training and lifestyle coaching service
is second to none, offering you 100% support in achieving what you have
always wanted to achieve. We specialise in weight management and fat loss
programmes for a variety of men and women of all age groups. |
| After an initial consultation and an informal chat,
we can determine your goals and plan the best regime for you. On your own
or with a friend or partner, we can achieve your goals together. Whether
you want to lose weight, shape up, beat stress or just feel fitter and healthier,
we can really help. There are no contracts to sign and there is no pressure
to stay. You just stay with our service as long as you are happy with it.

| Whether you have two sessions a week or two a month,
we will do our best to ensure you achieve your goals while remaining at
a comfortable pace and intensity. It is up to you to determine how often
you feel the need to see your trainer, although we advise at least once
a week. This ensures we can keep track of you and your progress. Sessions
can be performed at the 5 star De Vere Oulton Hall Hotel leisure club, Rothwell
Squash Club, at your workplace or at home. These locations are situated
1 mile off the A1/M1 link road or 5 minutes from Leeds city centre in LS26.
