Richard HillRichard Hill

Richard is a leading personal trainer and fitness presenter based in Leeds in. After studying in the U.S.A, Richard help to establish the 'bodyline' gymnasiums set up by Leeds city council in 1996. He then went on to become the studio director and resort health and fitness co-ordinator of De Vere Oulton Hall Hotel. He is currently the head personal trainer of Oulton Hall Leisure club and has been now since 1999. Over the last 10 years, he has become a well established health professional featuring on radio aire and real radio. He regularly features in the Yorkshire evening post and other local magazines discussing the latest fitness and health trends.

He has trained numerous people and helped them all achieve their health and fitness goals. He worked with the late superwoman, Jane Tomlinson and still helps with the 'Run For All' campaign. He is a very committed trainer with bags of enthusiasm and a passion for getting people off the sofa and into their trainers.

Richard also runs 'Funclasses'. A programme of fun group exercise based in Rothwell, Leeds. Over the last 8 years, Richard has helped over 2000 people to get in better shape and most of all, smile along way. In 2009, Richard created BootCamp EXTREME, the ultimate wellness week which is tipped to be the next big thing in the health and fitness market.

NataliePaul Rhodes

Paul is a sport and exercise graduate who has a wealth of experience working as a personal trainer, acquiring experience working through hotel chains.

Paul has gained many health and fitness related qualifications in his career.

His strengths revolve around those seeking weight management through diet and functional exercise, those wishing to develop a certain physique whether it be lean and toned or size and those wishing to make every day tasks that little easier. A friendly smile and a high- quality, enjoyable service are the core values of Paul’s training.

Andy has several years' experience working in the leisure industry, instructing circuit training, keep fit, aqua-aerobics and swimming lessons.

He is a qualified sports and body masseur, helping people relax and recover from sporting injuries.

Being a keen sports person, Andy understands and realises the importance of keeping muscles revitalised, supple and free from fatigue.

He has a professional, friendly approach and offers an aftercare service and general advice to anyone wishing to lead a healthier lifestyle.

LeannLeann Clarke

Leann has worked in the fitness industry for over 12 years, as a group exercise instructor, tutor and assessor. She has a varied background in fitness, with qualifications in weight management, cardiac rehabilitation, GP referrals, and level 3 mat work pilates, personal training and back care certificates with Modern Pilates.

Leann’s main area of expertise is getting people who are new to exercise or recovering from an injury in order to get back to optimum health.

She does not believe in "no pain no gain" but does believe in working at a level that is effective and in ways that fit in with customers lifestyles.

Leann can also help golfers to improve their swing power and core stability, so a good choice for those wanting to improve their game!

NatalieClaire Donovan

Claire is a fantastic instructor with an in depth background in pilates. She is level 3 mat-based qualified with modern pilates and is also a very easygoing trainer. Although a true professional, Claire excels in her customer skills with a warm hearted approach to everything she applies.

Peter ClarkPeter Clark

Peter Clark is a qualified nutritionist, having a Masters Degree in Human Nutrition (with Distinction) from the Northern General Hospital, University of Sheffield. He completed this in 1998 after studying part-time for three years. His research work was reported in the Lancet. Prior to this Peter worked for eight years within the nutritional supplement industry advising healthcare practitioners about nutritional issues and supplements. He also has a degree in biochemistry from the University of Leeds, 1984.

He is 37 years old and is married to Sue, a primary school teacher. Originally from Durham City, they now live in Headingley, Leeds, where Peter runs a nutrition consultancy practice. His three main areas of focus are: weight loss, improving health and sports nutrition.

Peter currently works with several health and leisure clubs in Leeds including: The De Vere Club (Oulton Hall), Esporta (Cookridge Hall), The Marriott, and Virgin Active (Great George Street). Peter also acts as a consultant for professional and semi-professional sports clubs. He works with players from a number of Yorkshire clubs including: Wakefield Wildcats, Keighley Cougars, Dewsbury Rams, Wakefield Rugby Union Football Club and Sandal RUFC. This involves putting together individual nutritional programmes to help the players lose excess body-fat, gain muscle, improve their energy levels and concentration, and raise their natural immunity.
