What have you achieved over the last 12 months with 4life?
Over the last 12 months I have lost 3 stone 7 lbs, my blood pressure has
returned to normal without having to take medication. I've made new friends
and completed the 6 day boot camp with great results on reduction in body
fat, increased hydration and challenged myself in ways I never thought
possible. I managed to scale the climbing wall which I never thought I
would be able to but really enjoyed it. I have personal training sessions
weekly and these have really kept me going, challenged and have encouraged
me to achieve the results I wanted. (reduced from size 18 to 12). Recently
I have started to have shared sessions with one of my new friends, great for
motivation and competition.
What do you have now that you didn¹t have before?
Confidence, great compliments, able to buy clothes. I hadn't tried on any
clothes in a shop for more than 10 years, I can now try on clothes without
embarrassment.
What are your 3 tips for others?
1.Get a routine and stick to it.
2.Write down everything you eat
3.Have short term goals. Its great to achieve them then you can go for the next one.
Why choose a personal trainer?
This is vital -the support, encouragement, advise and exercises personalised
for your needs is a must. Your trainer will continually challenge you to
achieve the next level and ensure all exercises help you achieve the goals
you are looking for. Its also important if you have any medical conditions
that your exercises are designed to help to improve these. For me it was
interval training which helped to reduce my high blood pressure. |
